Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales by delivering high levels of customer service and engagement for every client.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and service to both internal colleagues and clients.
  • Ensure the continuation of the exceptional client experience that Van Cleef & Arpels is known for.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the retail or hospitality industry, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Problem-solving abilities. Multi-tasking capabilities. Collaborative mindset. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally within the luxury sector.
