Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through effective clienteling strategies.
- Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and communication on novelties and events.
- Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required for business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar luxury sales role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within the jewelry sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
Workplace
The role is situated in Atlanta, Georgia, USA — conveniently close to Atlanta.
Compensation
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
