Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships in a luxury setting.
  • Attend community social events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Invite clients to in-boutique events and engage through curated clienteling tools.
  • Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and communication.
  • Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of boutique displays, maintaining aesthetic standards.
  • Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field.

Skills

Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling strategies. Attention to detail in maintaining boutique aesthetics.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in luxury sales or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing client relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible.
