Role & Responsibilities

  • Fabricate jewelry pieces following defined manufacturing methodologies.
  • Perform operations including jewelry making, polishing, setting, engraving, and final product packaging.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and perform finishing touches.
  • Proactively identify and address manufacturing issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with various subjects and manual activities.
  • Known for rigor, high standards, and proactivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for teamwork.

Skills

Attention to detail in manufacturing processes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Experience in jewelry or related crafts is advantageous but not mandatory. Internal training will be provided.
