- Assist the Client Engagement department in managing the annual contact plan based on the Maison's updates, including celebrations, product launches, events, and boutique information.
- Participate in the creation of briefs and oversee campaign execution from conception to dispatch, as well as monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the team as needed.
- Engage with various departments such as Marketing, Communication, and Regional teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proactive and organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills.
No prior experience required, but a passion for client experience and luxury retail is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
Comprehensive training on the history and values of the Maison at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
