- Assist Human Resources Managers with personnel administration tasks across various entities.
- Support administrative processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, including the preparation of personnel files.
- Participate in informational meetings for new hires.
- Draft employee attestations upon request.
- Conduct DPAE (Déclaration Préalable à l'Embauche) and manage medical examination registrations.
- Serve as the administrative contact for interns and apprentices.
- Current student with an interest in Human Resources.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Efficiency, rigor, and autonomy in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in Human Resources is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
The intern will receive training on the history and values of the Maison at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
