1. Collaborate closely with the Event Manager and Event Project Manager to execute events and client/partner programs in the French market.
2. Assist in organizing and monitoring events in coordination with external vendors and internal teams.
3. Implement personalized client engagement operations.
4. Coordinate logistics such as accommodation reservations and transfers in collaboration with the project manager.
5. Prepare client programs and staff itineraries.
6. Contribute to the preparation of internal presentations and post-event reports.
7. Conduct competitive analysis of industry events.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university (Bachelor's or Master's level).
2. Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

1. Strong initiative, responsibility, and commitment to task execution with attention to detail.
2. Adaptability and ability to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English is essential.

A minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
