- Assist in the production, validation, and translation of editorial content, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary materials.
- Contribute to the writing and editing of texts in both French and English, ensuring internal validation and translation processes are followed.
- Maintain the general schedule for communication activities.
- Coordinate the layout of press kits, gathering necessary iconographic elements and liaising with external agencies or graphic designers.
- Actively participate in editorial secretariat tasks and final approval processes for press kits in collaboration with project managers.
- Update and manage the team's budget forecast and ensure accurate billing information is communicated.
- Support the Heritage and Exhibitions Department by assisting with archival and collection projects, including iconographic and documentary research.
- Facilitate heritage communication for exhibitions, coordinating with the exhibition team and preparing presentation materials.
- Manage the collection's photographic assets, including resizing, captioning, and uploading to the Digital Asset Management system.
- Assist the archives team in developing the archival database.
- Current student status in a relevant field.
- Strong writing skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Ability to synthesize information and adapt quickly.
- Organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proactive, open-minded, and committed to assigned tasks.
- Creative sensitivity and attention to detail.

- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and InDesign.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic or extracurricular experience in communication or heritage management is preferred.
Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
