1. Assist the Communication team in producing editorial content.
2. Contribute to the development of materials for various audiences including press, clients, exhibition visitors, and online users.
3. Manage the production, validation, and translation of editorial content.
4. Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary elements for content production.
5. Draft and edit texts in French and English, ensuring internal validation and translation.
6. Maintain the general schedule for communications.
7. Coordinate the layout of press kits and gather necessary iconographic elements.
8. Participate in editorial secretariat tasks and the final approval process of press kits.
9. Update the team's budget forecast and ensure the transmission of billing elements.
10. Assist the Heritage and Exhibitions department with archival and collection projects.
11. Conduct iconographic and documentary research for various departments.
12. Support heritage communication around exhibitions and coordinate with the exhibition team.
13. Manage the collection photos and their availability in databases.
14. Assist in the production of the archive database.

1. Currently a student.
2. Strong writing skills with perfect grammar and spelling.
3. Ability to synthesize information and adapt quickly.
4. Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
5. Proactive, open-minded, and committed to tasks.
6. Creative sensitivity and attention to detail.
7. Enthusiastic team player with strong curiosity.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Experience with Adobe Suite and InDesign.
