Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service Project Assistant Intern

- Support four Customer Service Project Managers in daily tasks, particularly in the deployment of digital solutions for clients on the website and applications.
- Coordinate content creation, user data analysis, and needs assessment with global Customer Service teams across regions including the US, Asia, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.
- Enhance customer experience by improving digital solutions in collaboration with internal teams (customer service, commercial, digital) and external digital agencies.
- Participate in planning and conducting meetings with internal teams to promote the Customer Service team within the company.
- Promote projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community.
- Experience in international commerce/marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Teamwork and proactivity.
- Project management skills.
- Interest in luxury retail and customer service.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in international commerce or marketing is required.
Training on the history and values of the Maison at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
