Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant Operations Manager

- Oversee and ensure the operational effectiveness of the São Paulo boutique by collaborating with in-store management.
- Maintain and update all operational policies and procedures, ensuring comprehensive employee training and enforcement by management.
- Ensure the boutique is consistently audit-ready through in-store mock audits and compliance with corporate directives regarding inventories and audits.
- Act as the liaison for local and Americas’ FP&A teams, managing local expenses and aiding in expense tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with procedures related to cash, credit card, and wire transactions.
- Manage supply chain activities in partnership with VCA US, including B2B orders and client waitlist management.
- Collaborate with the Asset Protection department on risk management, physical security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
- Oversee after-sales service operations, liaising with Richemont Brazil and corporate offices in New York.
- Support translation requests from the New York team.
- Evaluate regional operations regularly, recommending process improvements to reduce workload and maintain standards.
- Support regional training for new system roll-outs.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- 5 years of experience in retail operations.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
