Join Vacheron Constantin in London as a Senior Client Advisor. Located on Old Bond Street, this role offers the chance to excel in luxury retail sales and client development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a key ambassador of Vacheron Constantin, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional personalized client experiences.
- Develop and manage a high-value client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and recruiting new clients.
- Proactively engage with the Mayfair luxury community to build strong external networks and represent the Maison.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
- Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, history, and collections.
- Ensure daily boutique operations are executed to the highest standards, including compliance with security and operational policies.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in luxury retail sales, client development, and networking within the Bond Street/Mayfair environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales and client development, particularly within the Bond Street/Mayfair environment.
