Join Vacheron Constantin in London as a Senior Client Advisor. Located on Old Bond Street, this role offers the chance to excel in luxury retail sales and client development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key ambassador of Vacheron Constantin, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional personalized client experiences.
  • Develop and manage a high-value client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and recruiting new clients.
  • Proactively engage with the Mayfair luxury community to build strong external networks and represent the Maison.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
  • Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, history, and collections.
  • Ensure daily boutique operations are executed to the highest standards, including compliance with security and operational policies.
  • Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in luxury retail sales, client development, and networking within the Bond Street/Mayfair environment.

Skills

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP or CRM systems as an advantage. Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales and client development, particularly within the Bond Street/Mayfair environment.
