1. Ensure compliance with all retail, operational, events, and audit standards of the Maison and group.
2. Act as the primary liaison for boutique audits, driving compliance training and corrective action plans as needed.
3. Conduct monthly internal audits at the boutique to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Oversee inventory-related processes including stock counts, goods reception, and movement analysis.
5. Lead operational and compliance onboarding for all new joiners.
6. Oversee aftersales operations, monitor repair tracking, ensure SLA targets are met, and act as liaison between local, regional, and HQ customer service teams.
7. Coordinate with regional and central supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate import/export of Maison-related orders.
8. Monitor shipment tracking, customs clearance, and reception timelines to avoid unforeseen delays.
9. Monitor and process e-commerce and phone sales orders.
10. Gather and consolidate business performance data and generate holistic business recaps.
11. Monitor boutique KPIs and provide regular reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to improve performance.
12. Track and update individual performance analysis, including Client Advisor KPIs and productivity.
13. Analyze business trends and performance to develop strategies for achieving short-term and long-term performance goals.
14. Assist with qualitative retail excellence projects from conception phase to roll-out.
15. Assist in the execution of initiatives aimed at elevating service quality, team performance, and retail standards.
16. Identify and share local and global best practices to enhance operations and service across current and future boutiques.

1. 3+ years in retail operations, retail excellence, or boutique coordination.

1. Proactive and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
3. Ability to work in a team environment with a proactive collaborative approach to deliver results and a 'can do' attitude.
4. Strong analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to drive action plans.
5. Comfortable creating and navigating reporting dashboards and retail KPIs.
6. Showing flexibility and ability to adapt/multitask.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
8. Familiarity with retail systems such as SAP and Gemini.
9. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, retail excellence, or boutique coordination, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
