- Support the planning and execution of CRM events to engage high-end clients, working closely with the CRM Manager.
- Prepare and process client event and treatment logistics.
- Coordinate client mailings, including catalogue requests and welcome packs.
- Assist in the development of affinity partnerships and define action plans for client prospection with retail support.
- Contribute to the implementation of media, social media, and digital strategies in the region, including LINE content strategy in Thailand.
- Prepare and liaise with media and creative agencies for advertising asset implementation in the region.
- Support the organization and execution of brand events, including logistics, idea generation, and marketing collateral preparation.
- Assist in post-event reporting, press clippings, and photoshoot administration.
- Facilitate the preparation of press materials.
- Coordinate the delivery and change-out of Visual Merchandising themes in boutiques and points of sale, including post-implementation reporting.
- Assist with administrative duties related to trade marketing.

- Expertise in digital marketing.
