1. Elevate client engagement across multiple channels including online, offline, and customer centers.
2. Align client objectives within the local market and enable teams to deliver business goals.
3. Support an omni-channel strategy to maximize the impact of digital sales.
4. Improve CRM data capture and quality in collaboration with sales and multi-functional teams.
5. Interact with Swiss headquarters, local teams, retail partners, and external suppliers to implement projects and enhance CRM actions.
6. Motivate and ensure a strong CRM mindset across all channels.
7. Set and monitor CRM KPI targets based on global and local priorities.
8. Monitor client satisfaction across channels and work on improvements.
9. Support the local CRC team as a key sales and client touchpoint.
10. Ensure qualitative client engagement with an omni-channel strategy.
11. Establish action plans for VICs to generate client lifetime value and advocacy.
12. Support local event and retail teams with communication plans.
13. Solve technical issues related to CRM tools and data.
14. Ensure compliance with local client rules and legislation.

1. Knowledge and practical experience in clienteling.
2. Knowledge of luxury CRM or luxury retail environment is a plus.
3. Business communication experience in English.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Ability to convince and navigate in an ambiguous and matrix organization.
3. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
