- Set and monitor CRM KPIs, analyzing them based on global and local business priorities.
- Monitor client satisfaction across channels and work with teams to improve.
- Support the local CRC team as a key sales and client touchpoint.
- Establish training paths for Ambassadors with local trainers.
- Ensure high-level collaboration with local boutique teams.
- Ensure qualitative client engagement with omni-channel strategies to boost eCommerce sales.
- Develop action plans for VICs to enhance client lifetime value and advocacy.
- Support local event and retail teams with communication plans.
- Address technical issues related to CRM tools and data.
- Ensure compliance with local client regulations and legislation.
- Knowledge and practical experience in clienteling.
- Familiarity with luxury CRM or luxury retail environments.
- Proficiency in business communication in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to navigate and influence within an ambiguous and matrix organization.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous.
