- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client-facing initiatives to evaluate engagement, impact, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage tools and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform return on investment (ROI) analysis across all stages of activations.
- Translate data into actionable insights to enhance personalization and overall client experience.
- Work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Boutique teams to monitor client follow-up and track outcomes.
- Maintain a robust understanding of retail performance metrics to support business decisions and client experience.
- Focus on client activations, including supplier research, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager on activation calendars for Suite 1755.
- Lead and support the execution of client experience initiatives in alignment with corporate identity guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics and bookings for key events such as Watches & Wonders and international HQ events.
- Plan and organize client manufacture visits in cooperation with HQ and local agencies.
- Support seasonal client gifting and greeting campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of how client experience connects to business performance in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in working with KPIs, retail performance metrics, and customer engagement data.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform insights.
- Creative thinking with the ability to contribute locally relevant ideas for client experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work independently.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-end retail environments with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Experience in luxury retail environments, particularly in roles involving client experience and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
