- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at every touchpoint.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing expert recommendations.
- Foster teamwork by assisting colleagues in sales and after-sales processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary to management.
- Collaborate with management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with boutique setup, breakdown, and maintenance, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Receive and quality control new product shipments.
- Maintain monthly reporting documents as directed by management.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and understanding of client priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Professional demeanor and strong brand ambassadorship.
- Self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, with a general understanding of timepiece movements.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
