- Deliver a personalized and premium client experience, demonstrating expertise with curiosity and humility.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, turning clients into brand ambassadors.
- Provide an exceptional in-store journey by greeting and acknowledging every customer and maintaining outstanding service standards.
- Collaborate with Boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
- Master key moments of the sales ceremony, engaging customers and addressing their needs.
- Handle negotiations and objections with ease, providing after-sales support in line with Maison values.
- Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
- Assist in daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory, and compliance with security and operational policies.
- Proven excellence in sales and client service.
- Experience in a target-driven sales environment within luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to international clienteles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with IT devices and a sense of etiquette.
- Passion for luxury goods and willingness to learn about the brand's products and history.
