Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales operations and administrative tasks to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Support the sales team with data entry, order processing, and customer service inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales figures and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury goods sector is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
