Join Tiffany & Co. in Phuket, Thailand as a Seasonal Store Ambassador. This temporary position offers an opportunity to engage with clients and embody the Tiffany brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Tiffany Touch to every client interaction, setting the tone for their store visit.
  • Assist and interact with clients warmly and courteously, enhancing luxury experiences.
  • Greet and direct clients, embodying the Tiffany Warm Welcome.
  • Engage clients with Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings.
  • Utilize storytelling to discern client needs and connect them with sales professionals.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
  • Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring areas are stocked and clean.
  • Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
  • Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility with change.
