Role & Responsibilities

  • Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
  • Maximize workflow and efficiency by capturing relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
  • Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates, managing short and late-moving orders.
  • Ensure all processing work adheres to Tiffany quality and design standards.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity standards and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and manufacturing methods.
  • Proactively seek and apply new skills and techniques for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining common areas and equipment, reporting any unsafe tools or equipment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative or technical environment.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
