Join Tiffany & Co. in New York as a Manager, Partnerships & Events. Lead and execute brand partnerships and events to enhance Tiffany's image and cultural relevance in North America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of North America image activations, managing timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop original experiential concepts and creative approaches that align with Tiffany's brand objectives and values.
  • Support the development of brand partnership frameworks, including research and opportunity assessment, to reinforce Tiffany's cultural relevance.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts and managing inputs and approvals.
  • Manage budget and monthly reporting for initiatives, including estimates, tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and competitive practices to inform recommendations for partnerships and events.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in event production or management.
  • Experience in the luxury or retail sector.

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and liaise across teams. Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting. Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in event production or management, with a focus on luxury or retail sectors.

This position is based in New York, New York, USA.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000, with eligibility for a bonus based on performance.
