Join Tiffany & Co. in Cumberland, USA as a Jewelry Solderer/Assembler. Seeking candidates with 2+ years in precious metal soldering and assembly.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set up sterling silver, platinum, and gold pieces for high-volume hand soldering production in adherence to Tiffany quality and production standards.
  • Operate gas flux torch soldering equipment and various machinery, including Link-o-Matic, water welders, and Joyal assembly equipment.
  • Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform assembly-related duties with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct quality checks on soldered jewelry pieces and components.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in precious metal soldering and jewelry assembly.
  • Proficiency in selecting appropriate tools and materials for jewelry soldering tasks.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Must pass a background check.

Skills

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues with jewelry pieces. Capacity to follow detailed work instructions and directions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in precious metal soldering and jewelry assembly is required.
