Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee global PR programs reporting and conduct annual audits of global press assets and regional needs.
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of PR programs and initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics to transform PR and Corporate Communications needs into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and PR programs to provide strategic insights for Global PR.
  • Develop and present PR reports, recaps, and dashboards to senior management.
  • Create written press materials, including press releases, media alerts, and executive talking points.
  • Develop communications for sustainability and community impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the DEI team to develop and oversee communications for DEI-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in PR/Communications or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in drafting press materials and executive talking points.
  • Commitment to DEI, sustainability, and community impact initiatives.

Skills

Analytical skills for PR program evaluation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage budgets across multiple projects. Proficiency in creating executive communications. Capability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within PR or communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in PR/Communications or a related discipline.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $74,035 - $100,165, dependent on the candidate's skills and experience.
