Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive High Jewelry sales and business development through effective outreach to high-net-worth clients.
  • Develop and nurture a community of High Jewelry experts.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client expectations regarding High Jewelry assortment.
  • Oversee end-to-end Client Relations, including identifying clients and maintaining relationships before, during, and after experiences.
  • Identify strategies to foster long-term client relationships through exceptional experiences and emotional engagement.
  • Develop a unique hospitality program and propose innovative ideas to enhance the client experience.
  • Partner with retail leaders to enhance the selling capabilities of High Jewelry Sales across Japan.
  • Collaborate with Global Client Relations & High Jewelry teams for global events and to build a local strategy for Japan, incorporating cultural nuances.
  • Manage local budget and calendar of actions/events.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in developing authentic, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders in a high-end luxury brand.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team and implement innovative, client-centric solutions.

Experience
