Join Tiffany & Co. in Tokyo, Japan, as the Director of High Jewelry and Client Relations. Lead strategic initiatives and client engagement in the luxury jewelry sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive High Jewelry sales and business development through effective outreach to high-net-worth clients.
- Develop and nurture a community of High Jewelry experts.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client expectations regarding High Jewelry assortment.
- Oversee end-to-end Client Relations, including identifying clients and maintaining relationships before, during, and after experiences.
- Identify strategies to foster long-term client relationships through exceptional experiences and emotional engagement.
- Develop a unique hospitality program and propose innovative ideas to enhance the client experience.
- Partner with retail leaders to enhance the selling capabilities of High Jewelry Sales across Japan.
- Collaborate with Global Client Relations & High Jewelry teams for global events and to build a local strategy for Japan, incorporating cultural nuances.
- Manage local budget and calendar of actions/events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in developing authentic, long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders in a high-end luxury brand.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team and implement innovative, client-centric solutions.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role within the luxury sector, particularly in high-end jewelry or client relations.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, with easy access to Tokyo.
