Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, utilizing personal flair to make each experience extraordinary.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets through building personal business.
  • Foster a clienteling culture, encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and reinforcing client development to grow outreach business.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Strong client relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to deliver elevated client experiences. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.

This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
