Join Tiffany & Co. in Plano, USA as a Branch Security Officer. Ensure security and operations excellence in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, inspections, key access, and report submissions.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with store team.
- Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, deepening client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting the store in consistently achieving sales plans.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
- Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS scores and client feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position, preferably in a retail/security environment.
