Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve business targets, KPIs, and goals through exceptional customer service.
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers and team members.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Provide an unforgettable in-store experience.
  • Assist in coaching and training the retail team, providing necessary tools such as training, merchandising, and product assortments.
  • Support VIP nights and corporate events.
  • Assist in management reporting on financials and performance.
  • Inspire the team to align with company and brand objectives.
  • Implement a culture of coaching within the store.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in performance management, motivation, training, recruitment, and career development.
  • Suggest incentive schemes to motivate the team.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a passion for retail, timepieces, or jewellery.
  • Good luxury sense and customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to act as a brand ambassador.

Skills

Creative and energetic with a pragmatic approach. Results-oriented with a balance of strategic thinking and execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to inspire and lead a team.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
