Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in English, Spanish, and French.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Sales and customer service proficiency. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is required.
