Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Swatch products, both current and historical.
- Assist in achieving the store's sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash and payment transactions securely and responsibly.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage and maintaining store security.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including opening and closing protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and events.
- Experience dealing with international customers is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
