Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and support domestic and international subsidiaries on legal matters related to brand protection and online IP enforcement.
  • Apply extensive legal knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law, particularly in IP litigation.
  • Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages, independently developing creative legal solutions.
  • Identify legal and economic implications, accurately assessing opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel to conduct legal proceedings both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.
  • Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

Skills

Proficiency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations. Strong endurance, assertiveness, and negotiation skills. Interest in technical issues and a willingness to explore new areas. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm environment, with a focus on intellectual property law.

Education

Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
