Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar for Sephora Collection’s social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand pillars.
- Oversee the publication and scheduling of content using social media management tools.
- Coordinate content creation with internal creative studios, external creators, and agencies.
- Organize in-house social media shoots to produce content tailored for TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with the Sephora Collection community through likes, comments, shares, and user-generated content.
- Identify and react to trending conversations to maintain cultural relevance.
- Ensure global coordination by providing countries with the necessary content and anticipating their needs.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Strategy.
