Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated section.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff.
- Operate the cash register as needed.
- Apply cosmetic products to customers when required.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable service standard.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Desirable experience in retail management, services, or supervisory roles. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.
