Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
- Advise customers on beauty products, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings.
- Facilitate customer engagement with Sephora's CRM program to enhance their experience.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

The successful candidate will be located in Perth, Perth, Australia.
Compensation
$27 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
