Sephora seeks an Operations Lead in Winnipeg, Canada, to manage store operations, inventory, and team performance. Join a dynamic team in the beauty retail industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance assessments.
  • Lead inventory management processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
  • Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
  • Develop and implement budget strategies, focusing on sales performance and operational expenses.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Skills

Strong store operations skills. Proven ability to influence and provide feedback to peers. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.
