Join Sephora in Winnipeg, Canada as an Operations Consultant. This part-time role involves maintaining stockroom organization and providing exceptional client service in a leading beauty retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing promptly and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
  • Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
  • Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
