Join Sephora in Prince George, Canada as an Operations Consultant. Part-time role with competitive pay in a leading beauty retailer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising standards.
  • Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
  • Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
  • Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
  • Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Proficient computer skills. Strong arithmetic and organizational skills. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Prince George, Prince George, Canada.

Compensation

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.40- CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
