Sephora in San Francisco seeks a Manager, Environmental Health & Safety to oversee EHS programs and compliance. Join a leading beauty retailer within the LVMH family.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify risks and maintain performance metrics.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide EHS training and education to employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into operations.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of emergency response plans and training programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding EHS reporting.
  • Manage the regional EHS budget to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of dynamic EHS experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and general employee health and safety practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing EHS programs and initiatives.

Skills

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Proven ability to influence others and drive change. Excellent communication skills for conveying ideas and feedback.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years of dynamic EHS experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site management role.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
