Sephora is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent in Goiânia, Brazil. Join a leader in luxury beauty retail and play a crucial role in protecting assets and preventing losses.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Protect store assets and prevent losses.
  • Monitor sales floor using CCTV systems.
  • Report incidents and collaborate on investigations.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all staff.
  • Raise awareness and train the team on loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Logical reasoning. Basic computer skills. Commitment and ethical conduct. Teamwork and willingness to learn.

Experience

Experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience considered an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
