Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and rebook beauty services, contributing to store goals.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping experience.
  • Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
  • Be available during peak retail operations such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Illinois.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing capabilities. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
