Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing, while ensuring adherence to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, handling bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
- A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
- Strong knowledge of trending beauty products.
