Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, seeks an Internship - Assistant Financial Controller. Join a global leader in beauty distribution and gain valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Offer department by category and market.
  • Contribute to monthly closures through the publication of various reports.
  • Analyze the performance of product launches.
  • Participate in the preparation of revised budget reports.
  • Monitor commercial conditions between Sephora and its suppliers.
  • Conduct ad hoc studies.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or university program.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Financial Control, Business Analyst).
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills

Strong numerical aptitude. Advanced Excel skills (Functions, Pivot Tables) and Power BI proficiency. Analytical and synthesis skills. Interest in the retail sector and general business acumen. Attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, and proactivity.

Experience

A beginner-level role requiring some prior experience in financial control or as a business analyst.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or university.
