Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, seeks a Global BPO Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist with 15+ years of experience. Join a leading beauty brand within the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and distribute deliverables related to actual and forecast financial closings, including revised forecasts, strategic plans, and pre-budgets.
- Act as an expert on the Group reporting tool SYRUS (SAP BFC and its satellite tools).
- Create documentation and conduct training sessions for Finance community users of Syrus and its satellite tools.
- Provide support and expertise to the Finance community in utilizing reporting tools.
- Lead development projects related to the Group’s consolidation tool SAP-BFC.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes by proposing new methodologies and tools.
- Take the lead in implementing POWER BI.
- Participate in workshops to replace BFC, representing Sephora in the LVMH project.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in auditing consolidated financial statements or a similar role within a large international finance department.
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge.

Experience
A minimum of 15 years of experience, ideally gained in an audit firm or within the finance department of a large international group.
Education
Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
