Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a beautiful store environment by supporting inventory, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized space.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence in others.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

The role is situated in Washington D.C., Washington D.C., USA.

Compensation

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
