Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Uncasville, United States. Join a dynamic team in a part-time role, delivering personalized beauty experiences and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold Sephora's standards and policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is required.

Workplace

This position is based in Uncasville, Connecticut, USA.

Compensation

$16.35 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
