Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
  • Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

Skills

Passion for client service and the beauty industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Resilience and the ability to react effectively to situations in the moment. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours. Consistent and reliable attendance. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, preferably in retail.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Tallahassee, Florida, USA.

Compensation

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
