Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events.
  • Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service.
  • Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of beauty products and trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively.

Experience

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

This position is based in Sparks, Sparks, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
