Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise by educating and empowering clients.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships.

Passion for beauty and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. Quick learner with strong product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.

Compensation
