Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
  • Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Share product knowledge with customers as needed.
  • Perform makeup applications for customers when required.
  • Ensure team members complete brand 'deep-dive' training.
  • Actively pursue additional product learning opportunities.
  • Train other beauty advisors.
  • Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about special events and in-store activities.
  • Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
  • Understand cashier host functions as designated.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
