Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
- Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Share product knowledge with customers as needed.
- Perform makeup applications for customers when required.
- Ensure team members complete brand 'deep-dive' training.
- Actively pursue additional product learning opportunities.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store activities.
- Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
- Understand cashier host functions as designated.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
