Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement and driving sales.
  • Facilitate BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service upon order collection.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Skills

Expertise in beauty consultations and product recommendations. Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stay current with beauty trends. Organizational skills for maintaining store standards.

Experience

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

Compensation

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
