Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

Compensation

Compensation ranges between CAD$18.85 - CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
